Abortion hurts women! It’s a fact!

Abortion truly hurts women.

I know it’s hard for the anti-life people like Planned Parenthood to admit this, but it’s true. I understand Planned Parenthood doesn’t want to jeopardize their $1,000,000,000 (yep, that Billion, 9 zeros) a year income. Especially since the American taxpayers subside Planned Parenthood to the tune of $335 Million a year. But, the fact remains, ABORTION HURTS WOMEN!

This past weekend my brother-in-law stopped by and chatted for a while with my husband and me. He was telling my husband how a mutual acquaintance of theirs from Iowa had an abortion a few years ago. This woman has been tormented since the day the abortion happened.

Since the abortion she has nightmares on a regular basis. She keeps seeing the face of her baby. She has become a “raging alcoholic” and a cocaine addict. She has trouble going into stores because anytime she sees baby clothes she zones out and cries. She will stand in front of a rack of baby clothes and just stare at them……. Knowing the clothes would have fit her baby.

ABORTION HURTS WOMEN!

Any women suffering from their abortion, I encourage them to seek healing and help. The Alpha Center in Sioux Falls, South Dakota has the resources available to help you heal from the trauma you have been through.

  1. In my country most abortions are made available on a clinical judgement by two doctors that continuing with the pregnancy would harm the pregnant woman more than aborting would.

We have a similar abortion rate to that in the United States.

    Try again.

  2. Continuing with the pregnancy would not have harmed this woman…. she chose to use an abortion as a form of birth control.

  3. If you’re one of the woman’s two doctors, you get to make the clinical decision.

In my country, at least, we don’t leave such decisions to be made by random bloggers.

  4. Sorry – I know this conversation is a week old, but I can’t help but to interject here. You may say that this decision is made by two doctors in your country and only when the woman’s health/life are in danger and yet your abortion rate is the same as the US. I have a few things to say about that.

First – don’t ever be decieved that because there are such regulations around your abortion procedures that it is on the up and up. For those of us who are fighting for the rights of the unborn, we know first hand the darkness that is behind abortion. There is much deception that plays into women getting an abortion. If your abortion rate is that same as that in the US, then it is obvious that there is something more going on.

Second – this blog is about abortion hurting women. There have been MANY studies done in the US about the affects of legalized abortion as a form of birth control on women. The numbers are outrageous and the facts are subtatial and scientific. Abortion as a form of birth control causes suicidal thoughts (and in many cases actually leads to suicide), alcoholism and drug addiction, depression and other negative psychological impacts.

For you to say that such decision are being left to random bloggers is absurd. If you know anything about the US then you know we have law makers and democracy. We will vote on this… and we will win. And when we do, see what happens in SD! We are saving generations of people – women and babies.

How can you fight the evidence that HortonHears has blogged about? The truth is there. This woman had an abortion and has been messed up on many levels ever since. I don’t see where your comments are relevant.
